Dear Hidalgo County Voter:
I have officially filed all necessary paperwork with the Hidalgo County Elections Office to begin my campaign for Judge of Hidalgo County Court at Law # 7. The election is slated for March 6, 2012 in the Democratic Primary. I have visited with friends, colleagues, voters and community leaders and have learned firsthand about their concerns and thoughts. I firmly believe that my years in professional and community service are necessary qualifications to effectively serve our community.
As a successful attorney, I have practiced law for over 16 years in Federal, State and Municipal Courts. During this time, I have served thousands of clients and their families in building a successful practice. Now, it is time to change path in a different direction where I can utilize my experiences to best serve Hidalgo County and our community.
Hidalgo County Court at Law # 7 was created in the 2009 Texas legislative session by Senate Bill #2469 and is scheduled to have its inception on September 1, 2011.
In the next few months, I will be campaigning and hope to communicate with you individually as I prepare to serve all the people of Hidalgo County. Once elected, I will bring the same values of my practice to this Court.
